Shellfish and fishing
If you like to fish and eat seafood, the coastline of Saint-Cast will seduce you with its 55 km of bouchot lines and 33 hectares of oyster beds.
Shellfish farming, 2th activity of the Saint-Cast coastline
Nestled between the Bay of Fresnaye and the Bay of Arguenon, the peninsula of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is renowned for its shellfish farming activity. The 4 Vaulx campsite, facing the beach of the same name, is a favorite place for your fishing trips. The 300 meters long beach offers a nice view on Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer and the Ebihens island.
Great Tide Outing
The Tourist Office of Dinan Cap Fréhel proposes a stroll in the middle of the mussels and oysters with a guide. Visit a shellfish farm to learn about all the stages of the life of shellfish and end the visit with an oyster tasting.
Departure from the 4 Vaulx beach, allow about 2h15.
