Bay Point in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo
For a unique view of the bouchots, the Bay of Arguenon and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, the peninsula just opposite Saint-Cast, take the GR34 until the Bay tip. From the top of the cliff, you can admire the landscape and its breathtaking, unobstructed views. If the emerald colour of the water catches your eye, then extend your walk to the beach for a swim! Discovering the Château du Guildo
When you arrive in Saint-Cast from Saint-Malo, on your right you will see a monument that seems to have stood still in time. The Château du Guildo and its old stones face the Arguenon, the river that flows into the English Channel. Now a Historic Monuments, You have free access to the Château and can take a stroll around the grounds. its ramparts You can then climb to the top of the tower (from where you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the seals that come to rest in the bay from time to time) and discover the rich history of this medieval Breton castle. A number of plaques explaining the castle's past are available on site to complete your visit.

Every year in spring, the Côtes d'Armor celebrates the region with the Brittany Festival ! In a number of major cities, over a period of several days, the entertainment, festivities, tournaments are offered, open to all. The event attracts many visitors each year, who come especially for the Festival! Last year, Saint-Cast-le-Guildo and our campsites welcomed hundreds of tourists. It's often an opportunity to try the traditional Breton game of 'palet' or to enjoy a delicious galette!
