How do I get a quote?
Visit our online reservation area or contact us by phone to check availability and get a rate for your stay.
Can I choose my location?
Yes, subject to availability and upon request at the time of your reservation.
How do I cancel or change my reservation?

How can I pay for my stay?
We accept the following payments : CB, cheque, ANCV, cash and bank transfer.

What are the opening dates of the campsite?
Camping Les 4 Vaulx** is open from May 1st to September 30th.
Should I bring the sheets?
You can bring your own bed linen or rent it when you make your reservation or when you arrive at the campsite. See the rates
Are pets allowed at the campground?
Yes, we know it’s hard to part with your pets. That’s why pets are welcome on our campsite : we accept dogs and cats (except 1st and 2nd category and maximum 2 per pitch)

At what time can I arrive at the campsite?
For the rentals : arrival from 3pm and departure before 10am.
For the pitches: arrival from 2 pm and departure before 12 am.

COVID information

Will I be safe at Les 4 Vaulx?
Yes. As a professional in the outdoor hospitality industry, we are subject to regulations and protocols that guarantee a high level of safety.
Our team is trained to offer you a service of irreproachable quality and for your safety certain services will be modified to respect the governmental instructions prohibiting the gathering of people for example.
Our campsite gives you access to large natural areas in the open air and you will be able to move around easily, taking into account the rules of distancing.

What should I bring?
We ask that you bring your own masks, as they are required in certain areas, such as transportation, pharmacies, health centers, etc…
What is the sanitary protocol in place at the campsite?
In order to guarantee your safety as well as that of our team, we set up a secure Check in / Check out.
To access the reception of the campsite, the rule of distance of 1m minimum must be respected, within the limit of 2 customers maximum in the reception.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available and we ask you to use contactless payment methods (contactless credit card, secure online payment on the website, bank transfer or check) when possible.)
Your mobile home, your keys and your barrier badge will be disinfected before your arrival and after your departure according to a strict protocol with a virucide product. A disinfectant sprayer will also be made available to you throughout your stay in your rental.

Is the health pass mandatory?
The VACCINAL PASS (from 16 years old) is no longer required since March 14th.
What about the disinfection of rental accommodation?
As part of our secure check in / check out, we guarantee the disinfection of the mobile home, keys and barrier badge according to a strict protocol with a virucide product. A disinfectant sprayer is also available throughout your stay.
What sanitary measures are in place in public places?
Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory, but the barrier measures must still be applied throughout the campsite.
Will I be reimbursed if I have a Covid-19?
A Cancellation Insurance Option is available. This insurance covers you in case of COVID-19. Do not hesitate to contact us to know the conditions.
